I Want to Write a Book! Tips from Local Authors on Making it Work
Local authors Toby Ball and Kristin Duisberg will speak on the ins and outs of the publishing world, share their stories of getting their novels published, and how to make it good as a writer.
Ball is the author of "The Vaults," a thriller, and his hotly anticipated second novel, "Scorch City," was recently released. Ball is Business Manager at the Crimes against Children Research Center and the Family Research Laboratory at the University of New Hampshire. He lives in Durham with his wife and two children.
Duisberg is author of "The Good Patient: A Novel,"described by Publishers Weekly as a "penetrating psychological study." The novel tells the story of a young woman struggling with buried memories of near madness and self-mutilation.
