Teachers, para-professionals and service workers are being laid off in our district while top paid administrators in our district are receiving an average increase of ~4%!

Our District is out of touch with the realities of the day. We need to reassess where dollars are being spent. I do support strong leadership in our schools and paying good leaders well, but I fail to see the justification for this pay increase. Thank you to you, Durham Parent, for bringing this to the attention of many.
