David Taylor v. ORCSD Court Date Set - Tuesday, September 6 at 9am

According to the Strafford Superior Court's Daily Docket, the case "David K Taylor v The Oyster River Cooperative School Board, et al" will be heard at the following location THIS TUESDAY September 6th at 9am.

    I attended the hearing this morning. A 30 day extension was requested by the district attorney, agreed to by Mr. Taylor, and granted by Judge Wageling. In addition, the district attorney was granted 7 days to file an answer to Mr. Taylor's petition.

    The next hearing is scheduled for October 20th at 10AM.

    After the hearing, David gave an interview to The Union Leader and Foster's Daily Democrat reporters so I expect an article will follow soon. The district attorney declined citing the district's wish to avoid causing any setbacks in reaching a possible out-of-court agreement.
