Wow, the first anonymous is really a close, deep reader! I wonder how many other posts he/she has responded to without reading and understanding the obvious!! Just another example of the on the surface, lack of deep thinkers with predisposed to limited views on schools
It never ceases to amaze me how quickly a person can get nasty. Give the blogger a break. At least s/he is trying to get information and be engaged. You might want to reread your own final sentence and stop throwing rocks!
Dear nasty poster, you just proved one big issue. Attacks before full knowledge of all information. Kind of like watching Fox news. I hope Mr. Colters attempts to meet with the public will allow for information to be shared in an open non-combative way. Of course, when one may not hide behind the shield of "anonymous" one tends to become much more polite.
I am really saddened by the tone and depth of these comments. I was appointed to the board to represent the interests of the students, parents, and other residents of this district; this forum is a perfect vehicle to address areas of concern for all of you. If you wish to waste this resource by incessant sniping and the trading of insults, so be it. I would much prefer to read suggestions of how to make this system work well for less than the fourteen to sixteen thousand dollars per year, per student, that we are now spending.
This is our community, and I have been appointed to represent all of us. I ask for your input as well as the input of the very competent educational professionals in our district. If you choose to let this board work in a vacuum, you will have an educational system that will function independently and without regard for your needs. You really need to speak up and stop posting comments that degenerate into juvenile ad hominem attacks. Please, speak up!

ReplyDeleteum, it didn't say Moharimet when first posted. This was fixed when the first blog question was asked.

Yes, this site is very much like faux news...often makes attacks without full knowledge of the facts.
ReplyDeleteMy goodness! Someone attacking anonymous comments...anonymously!
ReplyDeleteYour "Profile in Courage" award should be a sure thing...
